Invitation Package
Invitation sets vary in price depending on the pieces selected, cost of materials, design and assembly. A quote will be provided. Price estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.


Design & Revisions
Once a design is chosen (usually on the initial consultation), a service agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required, which will be applied toward the final invoice. We will edit your chosen artwork and text layout and provide digital proofs via e-mail until you are satisfied with
the final design. Changes in quantity,size, materials, and artwork may require an adjustment to the initial pricing.

Retainer
The 50% non-refundable retainer will be applied to the assembly of a physical proof based on the finalized digital concept. Note: Some pieces entail special assembly and production and may require a larger retainer and more time depending on the complexity of the design. A quote will be provided.

Quality Assurance and Final Approval
You must review the finalized concept closely and check for any errors. Once approval is given, no changes can be made. The balance due will be required to begin production. Production time will be quoted on a per project basis.


Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final. After final approval is received and materials are ordered, no refund will be provided. Samples and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
Invitation packages purchased in the state of Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
