Invitation Package: Invitation sets vary in price depending on the pieces you've chosen, the cost of materials and design, and assembly. A quote will be provided.

Invitation Kit: A partial assembly kit where each piece is printed, cut to size, and ready for easy assembly. Pricing on average for these kits is generally 10-20% off of the full package price. Not all designs are available with this option.

Sample Packets: Following the free consultation, if you choose to proceed, we will create and send to you your custom sample packet, which will include four unique digital design concepts for you to consider (via E-mail or on DVD), along with samples of suggested materials chosen specifically for you.

During the course of your consultation, you will be asked to choose a level of design for your custom invitation package.
The pricing for sample packets is as follows:
$25: without custom artwork*; $75: simple 1-2 color; $125: medium 1- 2 color; $175: medium full color; $225: extensive 1-2 color; $275: extensive full color.
Included with each concept will be a clearly itemized price quote, unless otherwise stated.

*Note: You may decide that you do not want any custom artwork. Or, you may choose to wait to receive custom artwork. In this case your price quote will include the level of artwork fee, and your digital concepts will have temporary place-holder graphics. After your initial deposit, your custom artwork will be provided.

Price estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Revisions: Once you've chosen a design and are ready to proceed to revisions, a service agreement will be provided and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required, which will be applied toward the final invoice. Digital Revisions are unlimited. We will edit your chosen concept and provide digital proofs via E-mail until you are happy with the final design. Changes in size, materials, and artwork may require an adjustment in price. Any additional fees imposed will be added to the final balance.

Final Approval and Production: The 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the assembly of a package proof based on the finalized digital concept. Note: Pieces that require a unique shape, an embossed image, a foil stamped image, or are 3 dimensional in nature entail special assembly and production and may require a larger deposit and more time depending on the complexity of the design. A quote will be provided.

Before we create your package proof, make sure the finalized digital concept has no errors. When you receive your invitation package proof, review it closely and check again for any errors. Once approval is given, no changes can be made. The balance will be due upon approval, and will be required to begin production. Please allow 6 weeks for production and assembly.

Rush Fee: If you need your invitations sooner than 6 weeks, it will be constituted a rush job. Rush jobs may be available depending on our production schedule, but will require a $200 non-refundable rush fee.

Returns and Cancellations: All sales are final. Once verbal approval is received and materials are ordered,no refund will be provided. Samples and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sales Tax: Invitation packages purchased in the state of Texas are subject to an 8.30% sales tax.
